Director, Field Growth & Specialty Retail

Benchmade Knife Company is seeking a Director, Commercial & Specialty Sales to build and own a national field engine. You will lead the independent rep network, establish market plans, drive unit growth in specialty retail and priority commercial accounts, and develop the operating playbook and activation calendar.

You will train and motivate field teams, walk stores, run product demonstrations, and translate brand storytelling into measurable sell-through.
