Director, Field Deployment & Strategy

Accrete is seeking a Director, Forward Deployed Engineering to manage its engineering function for strategic deployments. This leadership role aims at ensuring technical delivery across high-stakes customer environments. The candidate will oversee the transition from prototype to production, lead teams, and help create operating standards for successful deployment.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of technical experience and at least 5 years in leadership roles. Strong communication and operational skills are required as the role involves travel and high-level stakeholder engagement.
