Director, Estate Gifts Compliance & Risk

Fidelity Investments in Durham, NC is seeking a Director of Estate Gifts Compliance to lead the administration and oversight of estate gifts and ensure compliance across the program. The role partners with internal teams, outside counsel, and financial advisors to structure, document, and manage estate gifts, and to drive continuous improvement in due diligence and administration.

The Director will engage with stakeholders to ensure gifts are processed accurately and in compliance with
