- 7+ years related work experience in a techno-functional role
- Experience owning or delivering enterprise ERP Financials solutions, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and/or Oracle E‑Business Suite
- Strong accounting and finance process knowledge (record‑to‑report, close, financial controls, statutory vs. management reporting).
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex transformation programs (multi‑workstream, multi‑phase), including executive stakeholder management.
- Ability to govern solution design in a fit‑to‑standard model, balancing risk, controls, cost, and speed.
