Flex is a NYC-based FinTech redefining rent payments. The role leads the New Verticals Solution Engineering function, owning the solution layer end-to-end for the largest enterprise deals and coordinating with Product & Engineering to ensure customer needs shape roadmaps.
You will recruit and grow a team of Solution Engineers, build playbooks, and develop reusable assets to scale future deals across new verticals, while partnering with Sales to shape deal strategies.
