Globality seeks a Director, Commercial Legal to lead the revenue-side contracting. You will own negotiation of customer agreements—MSAs, order forms, SOWs—and manage risk with sales leadership to close deals efficiently.
This hands-on role requires deep SaaS terms expertise, privacy and regulatory knowledge (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001), and the ability to build playbooks and guide internal stakeholders. In-office four days a week in Palo Alto with one remote day.
