Director, Enterprise CS & Growth — Hybrid

Sigma Computing in San Francisco is seeking an AVP, Commercial and Scale Customer Success to lead enterprise CSM strategy and a growing team. You will own retention, expansion, and customer outcomes, coordinating across Sales, Product, Engineering and Support to drive value.

This role requires 10+ years in customer success or related fields, a CS/technical background, and the ability to travel up to 50% in a hybrid office/remote environment.
