Director, Engineering Facilities & Space Planning

The University of Delaware seeks a Director of College Facilities Planning to lead facilities management for the College of Engineering. This role directs renovation projects, oversees a $12M annual facilities budget, and serves as liaison with UD Facilities and other departments to ensure safe, efficient spaces across 332,000 square feet of campus and leased space.

You will supervise exempt and non-exempt staff, participate in strategic planning, and review designs, budgets, and space
