Director, Employee Relations & Ethics

GPC seeks an Employee Relations Director (Director Ethics & Compliance) to lead North America employee engagement and retention. The role focuses on employee relations, policy interpretation and application, performance improvement, and investigations across the organization.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Culture, Ethics & Compliance, the role serves as SME for employee concerns, grievances, and performance improvement plans, with a strong emphasis on lawful and compliant processes.
