Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
Lead a team responsible for designing and scaling EHS standards and risk‑mitigation programs across the organization
Architect and orchestrate the long‑term EHS roadmap to drive cross‑business consistency, operational efficiency, and process automation
Identify cross‑functional friction points and deploy data‑driven automated solutions to modernize workflows
Deliver actionable insights to business leaders, fostering a culture of active risk ownership and accountability across all business units
Establish and maintain a robust EHS governance framework
Manage and support the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications
Modernize EHS training programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
Experience leading complex, enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives or organizational change management projects
Demonstrated experience working with complex data sets, identifying trends, and implementing KPIs or KRIs to drive business decisions
Familiarity with integrating systems into ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for predictive modeling
Experience managing budgets and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings through automation
