Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
  • Lead a team responsible for designing and scaling EHS standards and risk‑mitigation programs across the organization
  • Architect and orchestrate the long‑term EHS roadmap to drive cross‑business consistency, operational efficiency, and process automation
  • Identify cross‑functional friction points and deploy data‑driven automated solutions to modernize workflows
  • Deliver actionable insights to business leaders, fostering a culture of active risk ownership and accountability across all business units
  • Establish and maintain a robust EHS governance framework
  • Manage and support the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications
  • Modernize EHS training programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
  • Experience leading complex, enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives or organizational change management projects
  • Demonstrated experience working with complex data sets, identifying trends, and implementing KPIs or KRIs to drive business decisions
  • Familiarity with integrating systems into ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for predictive modeling
  • Experience managing budgets and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings through automation
