Director, Economic Incentives Strategy & Advisory

Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking a credits and incentives specialist to optimize footprints, advise on location strategy, and secure economic development incentives for corporate clients. You will assist from due diligence through to structuring tax-efficient transactions.

The role requires understanding state and local incentives, strong Excel modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex value propositions to diverse stakeholders. Travel up to 25% is expected.
