Early Childhood Center Director
The Granite YMCA is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Learning Center Director to lead our licensed childcare program in Concord, NH. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with New Hampshire Child Care Licensing regulations, supporting and developing staff, building strong relationships with families, and maintaining a high-quality early learning environment.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Qualifications that meetNH Child CareLicensing requirementsfor a CenterDirector
- At least 2years of supervisoryexperience in alicensed childcare setting
- 5+ years ofexperience working withyoung children
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion forearly childhood educationand family engagement
