Director, Digital Health (Cell Therapy)

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, Digital Health (Cell Therapy) to lead the identification, development, and commercialization of digital health solutions that enhance patient outcomes within the Cell Therapy and CAR-T portfolio. This high-impact role serves as the primary point of contact for digital health initiatives, partnering with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to bring regulated digital solutions, including Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and remote patient monitoring tools, from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and prioritizing digital health products and services, driving projects from inception through delivery
• Partnering with clinical and market access teams
• Developing regulated digital health solutions and real-world data platforms
• Managing strategic partnerships
• Building business cases and proof-of-concept studies
• Leading cross-functional collaboration
• Supporting regulatory strategy and Health Authority engagements
• Driving commercialization and scaling of digital health solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of digital health or health tech experience, strong program management and Agile expertise, and proven ability to lead cross-functional, global teams through complex, matrixed organizations
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, health tech, healthcare, pharma marketing, or a related field
• Experience with Software as a Medical Device, remote patient monitoring, healthcare AI, digital biomarkers, real-world data platforms, FDA requirements, Cell Therapy, CAR-T, oncology, or hematology is preferred

Employment Details

• Full-time hybrid position based in Princeton or Madison, New Jersey, with regular onsite presence generally required at least 50% of the time
• Salary range: $189,890 to $230,102
