Director, Developer Experience & Self-Serve Growth

Alchemy is seeking a senior product leader to own the dashboard and self-serve growth engine for its Web3 developer platform. You will own signup, app creation, usage visibility, upgrade paths, and observability to help developers scale their usage and convert to paid workloads.

You will work closely with API, data, and billing teams to design the developer journey—from docs to first API call to production spend—while advancing agent-mediated usage and AI-native onboarding.”
