This position will serve as the company's SME for:
- Debt Capital Markets
- Syndicated Lending
- Structured Finance
- Asset-Based Lending (ABL)
- Supply Chain Finance
- Capital Structure Optimization
The role partners closely with executive leadership to drive financing strategy, liquidity management, M&A support, and long-term shareholder value creation.
Hybrid role based in Skokie, IL or Southfield, MI
Ideal candidates bring:
- 10+ years of Treasury, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Corporate Finance experience
- A track record of leading complex financing transactions
- Strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities
