Director - Data Center Delivery

Build and lead a high-performing project delivery organization focused on mission-critical data center automation and controls projects.

We're partnering with a leading systems integration business that specializes in industrial automation, controls, SCADA, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure solutions. Due to continued growth in the data center sector, they're looking to appoint a Director of Data Center Delivery to oversee project execution, operational performance, and team development across a growing portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead delivery of large-scale data center automation and controls projects.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
• Oversee project portfolio performance, forecasting, resource planning, and financial results.
• Manage and develop Project Managers, Program Managers, and delivery teams.
• Act as the executive point of contact for key customers and project escalations.
• Implement best practices across project execution, risk management, reporting, and governance.
• Drive operational scalability as the business continues to grow within the data center market.
• Partner with executive leadership, sales, and technical teams to support strategic growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years' experience leading large industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong background managing complex project portfolios valued at $25M+.
• Experience leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven success delivering projects within hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center environments.
• Industrial automation, controls, PLC, SCADA, or related technical experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue, margins, forecasting, and project profitability.
• Experience working alongside EPCs, commissioning teams, contractors, and major end users.

Preferred Experience

• PLC/SCADA project delivery.
• Ignition or similar SCADA platforms.
• Data center commissioning and startup activities.
• Exposure to Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC).
