Director, Data Analytics - Global Payment Network- PULSE

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the data management strategy.
• Define and monitor KRIs and elevate non‑compliance issues as appropriate.
• Oversee the design and execution of data controls.
• Oversee data quality monitoring and data issue management practices.
• Monitor the health of the data catalog metadata.
• Manage a team of high‑performing data professionals.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related) AND at least 8 years of experience performing data analytics; OR Master’s degree (or in‑process) AND at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics, with the degree to be obtained on or before the start date.
• At least 6 years of professional data analysis work.
• At least 6 years of experience leading and developing with open‑source data technologies.
• At least 4 years of experience managing people.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• 10+ years of professional data analysis experience.
• 5+ years of big‑data experience (AWS and Spark).
• 5+ years of cloud‑native (AWS) data processing experience.5+ years of process management experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• 5+ years of data governance experience.
• 2+ years of experience with streaming data technologies (Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming).

Compensation and Benefits

Minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries vary by location (example ranges: Houston, TX: $209,500–$239,100; Plano, TX: $209,500–$239,100). Salaries for part‑time roles are prorated. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
