Director, Cybersecurity Legal — Incidents & Compliance

Nscale is seeking a U.S.-based Director, Legal (Cybersecurity) to serve as our lead cybersecurity counsel as we scale into a publicly listed global AI infrastructure company. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will partner with the CISO and Security team to align legal strategy with security programs across the globe.

You will own breach notification, regulatory reporting, and vendor risk, while translating technical controls into clear business decisions for executives and the Board.
