Overview
DIRECTOR, BUSINESS SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY, Campus Services and Stewardship (CSS) provides strategic and operational leadership for CSS business systems and technology portfolio, with MIT's ERP transformation; responsible for strategy, governance, roadmap, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of business systems that enable CSS’s financial, operational, and administrative functions; oversees evaluation, selection, implementation, enhancement, support, and retirement of business applications; manages software vendors and technology investments; leads application development, system integration, and modernization initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce technology risk, and support organizational needs; provides strategic oversight of CSS IT services.
