Director, CRM Lifecycle & Growth (Remote)

IPSY is seeking a Director of CRM Lifecycle Marketing to elevate our CRM function into a strategic growth engine. You will own end-to-end lifecycle strategy across members, subscriptions, and shop programs, driving conversion, retention, and revenue while reducing churn.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Creative, Brand, and CX to modernize our CRM stack and scale personalized experiences through email, push, SMS, and emerging channels.
