Director, Critical Care & ICU Operations

Mount Carmel Health System seeks a Director of Critical Care to oversee all ICUs and Intermediate Care Units at Mount Carmel East, including Cardiac ICU, Medical ICU, Neuro ICU and Surgical Trauma ICU, plus the Respiratory Therapy and Rapid Response Team.

The role requires a BSN, Ohio RN license, and a Master's in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, or related field. Prior ICU leadership experience is preferred, with a track record in change management and strategic implementation.
