Job Description
Influential.com is looking for a Director, Creator Partnerships to build and maintain relationships with influential individuals across various social media platforms to promote our brand, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.
This is a full-time, remote position in the US only. US citizenship is required to apply.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers in our target market. Analyze their content, engagement levels, and audience demographics to determine their suitability for collaboration.
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with influencers to foster long-term relationships.
- Manage a comprehensive database of influencer contacts and cultivate ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Negotiate and manage agreements, ensuring all parties understand expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Monitor influencer activities, track metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in influencer marketing
- Strong relationships with successful influencers
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer culture
- Ability to cultivate relationships with influencers
- Ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer marketing
