Director, Creative Production & Delivery

Highwire is seeking a Director of Creative Production to oversee intake, estimation, negotiation, and staffing across a growing portfolio of complex client engagements. You will ensure processes across disciplines start with a brief and end with on-time delivery, collaborating with Account and Project Management.

You will lead staffing, budgets, and vendor coordination, reporting progress daily and driving adoption of AI-assisted planning within an agency environment.
