Description

The Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a finance leader who adds value by creating and implementing actionable data analytics and reporting for the global organization. Reporting to the VP, Corporate FP&A, this role manages deliverables related to the quarterly guidance and monthly estimate process, and provides leadership across affiliates, regions, brands, functional departments and channels. The director delivers insights to executive management through enhanced analyses and reporting, with a focus on analyzing global expense estimate reporting.

  1. Lead the global finance organization by creating insightful analytics and reporting related to the quarterly guidance and monthly global P&L estimates.
  2. Lead the Corporate FP&A planning process with a focus on consumer‑centric financial planning, specifically as it relates to consolidating and analyzing operating expense estimate reporting.
  3. Strengthen FP&A partnership with corporate function, global support and region finance teams to capture insights and accurately reflect projected financials, informing strategic decisions.
  4. Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting operating expenses (both consumer facing and non‑consumer facing), including scenario and sensitivity modeling.
  5. Integrate consumer‑focused financial drivers into planning models.
  6. Apply scenario planning on operating expenses to discover insights that will drive strategic decisions and identify opportunities and risks.
  7. Track changes to forecast assumptions on operating expenses, present findings, analyze and report on trends, and conduct deep‑dive variance analysis with the business to understand key drivers of performance monthly.
  8. Prepare and review comprehensive monthly reporting and presentation decks for Senior Management, delivering timely and actionable insights.
  9. Assist with key quarterly earnings analyses and support investor relations and executive communications with articulate presentations.
  10. Track business rules – report on the business adherence to guidelines set by Corporate regarding optimizing investments and protecting margins.
  11. Oversee the tracking of corporate funds and stretch approvals.
  12. Lead FP&A process automation and improvement initiatives to strengthen forecasting accuracy and streamline reporting.
  13. Participate in the roll‑out of agentic AI, exploring new capabilities, challenging traditional forecasting methods, and embedding autonomous insights into decision‑making processes.
  14. Build collaborative relationships with Brand, Regional and Corporate Finance teams.
  15. Proactively seek ways to enhance, streamline, and automate existing processes.
  16. Assist in the identification, development, and adoption of strategic ad‑hoc initiatives that contribute continuous process improvement to the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including corporate finance and accounting.
  • Advanced P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
  • Experience building complex analytical models.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze business impacts and synthesize messaging appropriately.
  • Strong PC skills including SAP, OneStream, PowerPoint and particularly Excel, with the ability to work with data efficiently and effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with strong work ethic, to manage tight deadlines and multiple deliverables.
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills, ability to communicate and present to Executive Management.

Pay Range

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,550.00 to $208,200.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program and a share incentive plan.
