About the Role
The Director will lead a lean team and own a high-velocity M&A process from evaluation through close, including financial modeling, valuation, Investment Committee materials, LOI development, due diligence, and physician relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Lead a lean team in the M&A process from evaluation through close
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation
- Prepare Investment Committee materials
- Develop Letters of Intent (LOI)
Qualifications
- 7–8 years of post-undergraduate experience
- Prior investment banking experience, with additional private equity or corporate development exposure
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals and senior stakeholders
