Role Overview

CTS Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of sensors, actuators, and electronic components with over 20 locations in 12 countries and more than 3,500 employees, is hiring a Director of Corporate Development, Integration & Business Leadership. The role advances CTS's inorganic growth strategy — from acquisition strategy and transaction execution through post-close integration, value creation, and ongoing business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full M&A lifecycle: acquisition strategy, transaction execution, and post-close integration
• Serve as the bridge between corporate development and operations, ensuring acquisitions achieve their strategic, financial, and operational objectives
• Work closely with executive leadership to drive value creation from acquired businesses
• Lead ongoing business leadership responsibilities for integrated acquisitions

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in corporate development, M&A execution, and post-merger integration
• Experience within an industrial, sensors, or electronic components environment a plus
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills bridging deal-making and operations
