ent.

- lude:Review journal entries, account reconciliations, expense allocations, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compli
- ance.Maintain and strengthen a robust SOX 404 internal control environ
- ment.Prepare financial analyses, variance reporting, and executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-ma
- king.Oversee corporate operating expenses and ensure proper accounting treatment under U.S.
- GAAP.Lead the quarterly G&A expense forecasting pro
- cess.Analyze financial data and business trends to provide meaningful insights to senior leader
- ship.Manage and develop both onshore and offshore accounting teams across multiple time z
- ones.Partner with external auditors, internal audit, and tax teams throughout the audit and reporting c
- ycle.Lead and support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, capital transactions, accounting projects, and finance transformation eff
- orts.Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency and scalabi
- lity.Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, investor relations, and business leaders to support internal reporting and special proj
- ects.Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical accounting guidance across the broader accounting organiza
tion.
Qualific
- ationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
- field.CPA or CA designation req
- uired.10+ years of progressive accounting exper
- ience.Combination of public accounting and corporate accounting experience strongly pref
- erred.Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management
- role.Experience within financial services or investment management is pref
- erred.Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal con
- trols.Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle F
- usion.Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a
- plus.Familiarity with AI productivity tools to improve workflow efficiency is pref
