What You'll Do: Run A/B and multivariate programs with sound test design and analysis. Conduct research-led optimization for low-traffic sites using user testing, session replay, and surveys. Turn findings into wireframes, copy, and acceptance criteria for design and dev implementation. What We're Looking For: 6+ years of CRO or experimentation experience with client-facing agency work.
