Director - Contract Operations (Fully Remote)

• Oversee daily operations across Contracts, Procurement, Certifications, and Risk & Compliance.
• Manage a team of 1099 contractors and coordinate service commitments.
• Serve as the main escalation point for clients and internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run engagements from discovery through execution and close.
• Maintain certifications, policies, and governance cadences.
• Report on queue health, turnaround, and risk to the President.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in compliance, contracts, or operations.
• Direct experience in federal and SLED government contracting.
• Strong people management and organizational skills.
