Director - Contract Operations (Fully Remote)

Oversee daily operations across Contracts, Procurement, Certifications, and Risk & Compliance. Manage a team of 1099 contractors and coordinate service commitments. Serve as the main escalation point for clients and internal leadership. Key Responsibilities: Run engagements from discovery through execution and close. Maintain certifications, policies, and governance cadences. Report on queue health, turnaround, and risk to the President. Qualifications: 7+ years in compliance, contracts, or operations. Direct experience in federal and SLED government contracting. Strong people management and organizational skills.
