What You’ll Be Doing:

• Direct negotiation, administration, and optimization of partner contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contract performance metrics are exceeded.
• Lead contract lifecycle processes, from pricing changes to strategic renewals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Ops.
• Mentor and lead a team of contract managers.
  
  

About You:

• 8+ years in healthcare or pharma contract management; 5+ years managing teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and risk mitigation skills.
• Fluent in healthcare compliance, legal terms, and analytics.
• Energized by purpose-driven leadership and cross-team collaboration.
