Director, Consumer Products Licensing – NA Growth

Sega of America is seeking a Director of Consumer Products Licensing to manage their licensing business and oversee go-to-market strategies for Transmedia West. The ideal candidate will drive collaboration across teams to ensure SEGA's consumer products portfolio achieves long-term success and maximizes brand engagement.

This role requires 10+ years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in managing full P&L responsibilities. A passion for the gaming industry and experience in licensing are a plus. This is an on-site position in Burbank, California.
