QUALIFICATIONS

Education&Experience

• Bachelor'sdegreeinCommunications,Journalism,Marketing,orarelatedfieldpreferred
• 10+yearsofexperienceinmarketing,communications,orarelatedfield,ideallyspanningbothinternalandexternalwork
• Experiencemanagingmediarelationsorpublicrelations
• Experienceinorwillingnesstolearnthegovernmentcontractingcommunicationslandscape
• AlaskaNativeCorporation,tribal,orIndigenous-ownedbusinessexperienceisaplus

WORKENVIRONMENT

Thisisafullyremotepositionwithtravelrequired,includingmediafamtripsandotherbusinessevents.Availabilityfornightsandweekendsisrequiredasbusinessneedsdictate,includingTownHalls,events,mediaengagements,andtime-sensitivedeadlines.
