REQUIRED:
- 10+ years relevant experience (consumer tech, consumer electronics, or CPG industries preferred).
- Demonstrated history of business impact through data ecosystem development, data engineering, or Development/Operations (DevOps) organization leadership.
- Data modeling & harmonization experience, including with vendors with varying product/timing hierarchies.
- Ability to deliver strong data transformation results inside corporate guardrails (e.g., security and access, governance, intake, and prioritization).
- Experience designing AI‑ready data platforms, including semantic modeling, metadata management, and governed self‑service analytics.
- Direct AI implementation experience is a plus but not required for the role.
SKILLS:
- Strong aptitude for data model creation, ideally to include experience in data engineering, analytic application development, and data ecosystem development and operations.
