Job DescriptionAs the System Privacy Officer, this position is responsible for the System HIPAA privacy program and policy implementation consistent with regulatory requirements. This position chairs the System Privacy Committee and works closely with the IT Information Security Officer. This position is responsible for planning, organizing and conducting privacy education for employees and medical staff system wide.
