Director of Workday HRIS & Compensation - $180,000 + 15% bonus - Hybrid in Atlanta, GA
I'm partnered with a forward-thinking organization that is looking for a Director of HRIS & Compensation to join their team. This is a unique leadership role overseeing Compensation and HRIS while leading a small team and partnering closely with senior business leaders. Compensation will be the primary focus, so they are looking for someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on in this area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's compensation strategy and day-to-day compensation activities
- Develop and maintain job architectures, salary structures and compensation programs
- Partner with business leaders on compensation decisions
- Oversee HRIS and People Analytics functions, leading a team of HRIS and data professionals
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and compliant
- Drive process improvements and support the continued evolution of Compensation and Workday
Required Experience:
- Strong compensation leadership experience
- Experience partnering closely with a Workday HRIS team and a solid understanding of Workday
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment while leading a team
- Someone who is adaptable, proactive, AI-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
