Director, Community Primary Care & Strategy

Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS) is seeking a Head of Community Primary Care to lead adult primary care sites across Brighton, South, Norwood, Whitman and affiliated practices. This part‑time role reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and partners with site leaders to shape community care delivery.

You will drive clinical standards, clinician engagement, and system integration, building high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative, team‑based model across campuses.
