The role combines workforce planning, operational performance, compliance, financial accountability, and care-model transformation. You will translate enrollment forecasts and care model requirements into practical deployment strategies across counties. You will also represent community operations in health plan discussions and ensure field execution matches contractual and regulatory expectations.
