Par Pacific is seeking a Director of Risk Management to lead commodity risk strategy, hedge execution, and exposure governance across our downstream energy portfolio. You will work closely with executive leadership to shape risk policy and drive hedge effectiveness.
Reporting to the VP Mid Office, you will own exposure tracking, hedge capture, and reporting to the Board, while mentoring a high-performing team and partnering with Treasury and Commercial to optimize financial outcomes.
