Director, Commercial Operations – Field Inventory, Image Guided Therapy Devices

Responsibilities

• Manage all processes and tools in support of field based trunk stock and customer consignment
• Develop and manage field inventory functions to support revenue, NPI process flows for multiple businesses
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve sales performance
• Coordinate and project manage cross function and division efforts to develop field inventory strategies
• Manage field inventory approval processes to ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Support ongoing reporting and metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 8+ years of experience, Healthcare preferred, in commercial sales operations
• Experience influencing and collaborating with senior level management
• Ability to communicate complex information
• Strong management skills
• Capability to develop talent
• Ability to balance business pressures with compliance requirements
