A confidential, industry‑leading energy company is seeking a Director of Business Relationship Management – Commercial IT Operations to serve as the key link between Commercial Operations and IT Leadership .

In this role, you’ll align technology initiatives with business goals across Billing, Supply, Pricing, and Finance , helping shape the IT roadmap that supports large‑scale commercial operations in deregulated power markets.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and Commercial Leadership.
• Translate business objectives into actionable IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage projects and integrations that enhance process efficiency and data visibility.
• Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Pricing, Supply, and Billing to deliver cross‑functional solutions.
• Guide and mentor teams to foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in Business Relationship Management, Commercial IT Operations, or IT Business Analysis.
• Strong business insight into deregulated energy markets (ERCOT, PJM, NEPOOL, NYISO, MISO).
• Proven success leading IT integration projects and executive‑level stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor's degree required (Master’s preferred).
• ITIL, PMP, or BRMP certifications are a plus.
