Talkiatry is seeking a Director of Operational Programs to redesign how clinicians spend their time by cutting admin work and building scalable, automated solutions. You will lead two vendor-run programs, collaborate with Product and Engineering on automation, and define how care delivery workflows become standardized and scalable.
You will measure success by clinicians spending more time with patients and will report to the VP of Operational Programs.
