Director, Clinical Operations – Change Management

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and implement the GDMS change management framework, GDMS Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and associated processes.
• Embed change management as a foundational component of GDMS chartered initiatives and ensure its consistent application across functional areas.
• Coordinate the impact assessment of strategic initiatives and disruptive incidents on GDMS operations, facilitating the implementation of aligned change management and business continuity strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, data management, or clinical trial operations.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in change management and leading cross‑functional teams.
• OR Advanced Degree (Masters or Doctorate) with a minimum of 8 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, data management, or clinical trial operations.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in change management and leading cross‑functional teams.
