Director, Clinical Data Management - Therapeutic Lead

Scorpion Therapeutics in the United States seeks an experienced Clinical Data Manager/Operations Lead to guide end-to-end data management across eCRF, labs, biomarkers, and imaging. You will partner with TA Leads, Program Leads, and Geo Leaders to ensure timely, audit-ready outputs and regulatory compliance.

You will drive data standards, oversee CROs and vendors, manage budgets and headcount, mentor teams, and lead inspections. Strong knowledge of CDISC, GCP, and RBQM is required.
