Director, Client Success & Campaign Growth

Publicis Groupe seeks a Director, Client Management to lead campaign activation for Influential’s clients. You’ll operationalize processes, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will manage delivery with cross-functional teams across strategy, analytics, performance media, creator, and creative capabilities, while partnering with VP/SVP levels and leading the client relationship.
