We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director to join our Investor Services Team located in New York, NY with a 4‑day in‑office expectation.
Responsibilities
- Leads multiple teams and oversees a core operating area in Transfer Agency. Leads teams that handle all aspects of investor servicing — account opening, transaction processing, payments, cash reconciliation, and reporting.
- Serves as senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for resource allocation and ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.
- Develops policies and processes to meet product/service standards and exceed quality standards.
- Sets departmental budgets, conducts long‑term resource planning, and drives future revenue growth through strategic insight on client issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of total work experience in Fund Administration (Transfer Agency/Investor Services preferred) with 5‑10 years in management/leadership roles.
- Experience across various alternative fund types, including their operating models and servicing requirements.
- Experience managing large‑scale change and continuous process improvement.
- Good understanding of how AI and digital tools impact the industry and a track record of learning and upskilling in this area.

Compensation includes a base salary that varies based on market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, and may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
If hired, the employee will be in an “at‑will” position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary or any other discretionary payments at any time.
