We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, to join our Investor Services Team. This position is located in New York, NY (4 days in office expectation).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Leads a client service/support area consisting of multiple teams and develops and implements policies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Leads key client service initiatives and sets strategic priorities to improve the client experience, team productivity, and quality.
- Resolves the most complex issues or inquiries from senior-level or key clients and maintains relationships with senior business leaders to report client trends and needs.
- Participates in long-term or strategic planning for the Client Services/Support function and drives future revenue growth through strategic insight on client issues.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required, with an MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years of management experience preferred.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
- Manages a client service/support area through other managers and is responsible for area goals and objectives, talent management, and team supervision.
