Director, Claims Learning & Documentation

Oscar is hiring an Associate Director, Documentation & Learning to join our Claims team. This role leads the strategic direction of learning initiatives and knowledge management for claims processing, including documenting, analyzing and improving workflows, policies, and procedures.

You will report into the Senior Director, Claims. Based in Tempe, AZ with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office per week, Thursdays in-office). Base pay: $134,136–$176,053 per year, plus benefits and annual bonuses.
