Director, Category Growth & P&L Strategy

Hims is seeking a Director, Category Management to own high-impact levers across acquisition, retention, and new-treatment launches. You will lead across clinical, pharmacy, regulatory, product, growth, analytics, and operations, reporting to the General Manager and partnering with Category Strategy & Analysis.

You will drive end-to-end category growth, manage unit economics, and build a roadmap that aligns with the company’s multi-specialty strategy and long-term value creation.
