About This Role
The Director of Care Management - Foster Care directs the care management team and oversees the care of members to develop and assess high-quality, cost-effective healthcare outcomes. This role is ideal for experienced leaders in healthcare management looking to make a significant impact.

- Pay: $121,500.00 - $224,900.00 per year
- Location: Remote, OK
- Schedule: Full Time, Day shift
- Residency: Must reside within Oklahoma or be willing to relocate
What You'll Do
- Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including the care management model and staffing.
- Oversee care management team performance, improvement, and talent management.
- Set goals and objectives for the care management team and oversee data and reporting metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for federal, state, and NCQA standards.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in Payer Care Management.
- Lead process improvements for the care management team.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical care pathways.
- Develop care management strategies and provide recommendations.
- Develop department budget while collaborating with senior leadership.
- Develop the strategy for onboarding, hiring, and training new team members.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required
Experience:
- 7+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
Licenses & Certifications:
- Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Nationally recognized case management certification required
